Blaufränkisch, also Lemberger or Blauer Limberger (classic name), is a type of red wine. The Blaufränkisch prefers a mild climate and locations sheltered from the wind. As an early budding grape variety, it is always at risk from late frost. Depending on the time of harvest, the grapes can be used to produce light and fruity, but also tannin-rich wines with an intense red color, which produces a strong, fruity, characterful red wine with aromas of cherries and berries.

Merlot Noir or Merlot is a type of red wine. She comes from France from the Bordeaux area. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties have increased dramatically in area in recent decades. The variety produces fruity, plump, full-bodied and full-bodied wines that are ready to enjoy after a few years of storage. Its current popularity is due to this fact. Even small amounts of Merlot have a beneficial effect in the cuvées.
The high-quality St. Laurent variety belongs to the large Burgundy family - the synonym Pinot St. Laurent indicates a Burgundy seedling. It has been experiencing a deserved renaissance in all wine-growing regions for several years. By the way, the name St. Laurent refers to St. Lawrence Day, August 10th, when the berries begin to change color.
Pinot noir (Spätburgunder, Pinot nero, Blauburgunder, Schwarzburgunder) is an important red wine variety that is usually considered to be of high quality. It has gained worldwide distribution and importance. The wine is sometimes referred to as the king of red wines. It is a classic red wine quality variety from cooler wine-growing regions such as Burgundy. Pinot noir is also an important blending partner for champagne production.
What Chardonnay is to white wines, Cabernet Sauvignon is to red wines. Cabernet Sauvignon, considered by many to be the finest grape variety in the world, can be found almost around the globe. This makes it the undefeated number one of the world's most common grape varieties.

Beim GenießerBruch lassen Sie sich so richtig gut gehen! Zumindest kulinarischen, unser Team zaubert ein ausgiebiges Brunchbuffet! Sie kommen zwischen 09:30 Uhr und 11:00 Uhr, wir besetzen jeden Tisch nur einmalig. Zwischen 9:30 Uhr und 14:00 Uhr schlemmen Sie gemütlich. Danach schließt das Gasthaus.
