You have the opportunity to make group reservations during our usual opening hours (usually Wednesday to Sunday). Information about exceptions and changed opening times can be found in the "Different opening times" section at the bottom of this page.
We offer you the opportunity to choose between two time windows: the first is midday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the second is the evening from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that the last order for the kitchen can be made at 9:30 p.m. Generally, an event lasts around four to five hours.
An extension of the closing hours for drinks is possible until a maximum of midnight (midnight), for a fee. An extension beyond this is not possible.

Billing & Exclusivity
Abrechnung & Exklusivität
We offer our exclusive placement service, which is used whenever there are no other people in the room. For TOTAL RECHNUNG, a minimum consumption is a requirement.
Unless otherwise agreed, all consumption is due immediately. Payment can be made in cash in euros or by card.
Any consumption on account and payment via bank transfer is only possible for companies registered in Austria and requires prior agreement and consent.
When booking with EXCLUSIVENESS, no additional guests will be placed in the room. The EXCLUSIVITY is tied to a TOTAL INVOICE with MINIMUM CONSUMPTION.
In the case of INDIVIDUAL BILLING with guests (small groups), including split billing, exclusivity is NOT possible.

We can offer different food selection options depending on the number of people in the group. A small group has the opportunity to choose between a 3-course menu, a small menu or ordering à la carte. Medium-sized groups can choose between a 3-course menu of choice, a small menu or a fixed 3-course menu. Own dessert
You are welcome to bring your own cake(s). It is basically allowed. However, this must be agreed in advance. We will take care of cooling the cake and will also be happy to provide you with plates and cutlery, as well as whipped cream. The cake/cakes can be brought to the Gasthaus Möslinger before the event, for example the day before (note opening times). However, we would like to ask you to understand that in this case a so-called plate fee per person (€ 5.90) will be charged. If you choose a menu with dessert included, there is no plate charge. Additional desserts will be charged based on consumption. The plate money will be charged to the person making the reservation.
Beverages
In addition to drinks that may be included in the menu (drinks flat rate, charged per reserved person), we work with an excerpt from our drinks menu. The drinks extract includes non-alcoholic drinks and lemonades, as well as beer and wine. Of course, coffee with dessert is a must. The drinks in the drinks statement are billed based on consumption. We do not allow you to bring your own drinks.Share
Deposit and cancellation
With the firm commitment on our part, a deposit of 50% is due. The deposit is made using a voucher, which is subsequently deducted from the final invoice. This voucher is recorded in our system for the person making the reservation. The voucher cannot be canceled or paid out. However, this can be used for another event. A group reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the event date. We allow ourselves to charge a 10% cancellation fee up to 1 week before the event date. Up to 2 days before the start of the event, 50% cancellation fees apply. After that the cancellation fee is 100%. A reduction in the number of participants is possible for small groups (up to a maximum of 15%) until the day before the event begins. A reduction in the number of participants for large groups (up to a maximum of 10%) is possible up to 4 days before the start of the event. The reduction in the number of participants will only be made in writing and will be completed by us with a corrected reservation confirmation. The number of participants recorded by us is then considered fixed.
Special requests
You are welcome to tell us your special requests. Decorating the tables yourself (e.g. your own napkins, flowers, etc.) is usually not a problem. Please avoid any glitter or small parts that could lead to unnecessary dirt (the rooms have carpeted floors). We will try to fulfill these as best we can. Out of consideration for the residents of the house and other guests, we ask you to refrain from live music.Our rooms

Our cozy Stüberl (small room( offers space for up to 24 people to dine and celebrate here. The parlor has comfortable benches. The tables can be set up individually or as two long tables. This room is particularly suitable for small groups. If you would like to use the entire room exclusively (only for a total bill), we ask for a minimum consumption of €600 per lunch or evening period.Small room
Large room
Our spacious large room can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people (maximum 60) and is separated from the other areas. The room has separate tables and chairs that can be flexibly arranged to provide different options. It is suitable for both medium and large groups. For exclusive use of the entire room, a minimum order amount of €1,500 per time period applies either at midday or in the evening.Der Saal in Bildern

Once you have submitted your group request, you will receive it again by email. Please allow a processing time of 5 working days.
Subject to typographical and printing errors as well as errors. We reserve the right to adjust the group offers at any time. However, we will inform you about any changes that may apply to events that have already been booked.
