Our main menu forms the basis of our culinary world. It traditionally includes Austrian delicacies from beef and pig. Tasty classics with Waldviertel carp and chicken meat. Fine meatless. And of course there are always schnitzel.
The special weeks are special culinary priorities that we also offer. In the first half of the year we serve offal, fish, Easter delicacies, asparagus and summer dishes. In the second half of the year there is wild, Waldviertler Weidegansl and our Advent map.
