Our Fish Weeks are back.
Waldviertel carp (PDO), Styrian salmon trout and char from Austria take centre stage in our seasonal kitchen – regional, sustainable and prepared with care. A taste of Austrian tradition.
Our main menu forms the basis of our culinary world. It traditionally includes Austrian delicacies from beef and pig. Tasty classics with Waldviertel carp and chicken meat. Fine meatless. And of course there are always schnitzel.
