Our culinary timetable for the year. The seasonal theme weeks complement our main menu offerings. Depending on the weather and availability, the dates may change slightly.

Dishes that have been unfairly forgotten. Not to everyone's taste, but still happy to order.

12.2. - 1.3. | FISH

Look forward to fishy delicacies with Waldviertler carp and other fish specialties.

5.3. - 15.3. | OFFAL

They have defended their place on the menu for centuries, usually for good reason. Try it!

Around Easter there are delicacies with lamb and spinach and of course wild garlic.

The Waldviertler pasture geese are returning. Reservation in advance necessary!
