Im Allgemeinen dauert eine Veranstaltung etwa vier bis fünf Stunden. Leider ist es nicht möglich, über die Sperrstunde hinaus zu verlängern.

Meals
We can offer different food selection options depending on the number of people in the group. A small group has the opportunity to choose between a 3-course menu, a small menu or ordering à la carte. Medium-sized groups can choose between a 3-course menu of choice, a small menu or a fixed 3-course menu. Large groups have the choice between either a 3-course menu or a set 3-course menu.
Here we work with an excerpt from our drinks menu. Included are soft drinks and lemonades, as well as beer and wine. Of course, coffee with dessert is a must. Billing is based on consumption. We discontinue mineral water. We are also happy to provide so-called table wines. Spirits are usually billed directly to the guest. We do not allow you to bring your own drinks.
Special requests
You are welcome to tell us your special requests. Decorating the tables yourself (e.g. your own napkins, flowers, etc.) is usually not a problem. Please avoid any glitter or small parts that could lead to unnecessary dirt (the rooms have carpeted floors). We will try to fulfill these as best we can. Out of consideration for the residents of the house and other guests, we ask you to refrain from live music.
Splitted billing
With splitted billing, orders are separated from the start using a numbering system. The “numbers” can include individuals or groups of people. The system is simple and has been tried and tested for years.
We offer our exclusive placement service, which is used whenever there are no other people in the room. A minimum consumption is a requirement. A voucher with the corresponding amount will be collected in advance when the reservation is confirmed. The minimum consumption may be undercut by up to 10%. If there is a remaining amount, it will remain on the voucher.
Small room
Our cozy Stüberl (small room( offers space for up to 24 people to dine and celebrate here. The parlor has comfortable benches. The tables can be set up individually or as two long tables. This room is particularly suitable for small groups.
If you would like to use the entire room exclusively (only for a total bill), we ask for a minimum consumption of €600 per lunch or evening period.

Large room
Our spacious large room can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people (maximum 60) and is separated from the other areas. The room has separate tables and chairs that can be flexibly arranged to provide different options. It is suitable for both medium and large groups.
For exclusive use of the entire room, a minimum order amount of €1,500 per time period applies either at midday or in the evening.

For groups with low expected or lost consumption, we allow ourselves to charge the following ROOM RENTALS. This applies in particular to meetings between property management companies, associations, etc.
ADVANCE PAYMENT OF ROOM RENT for the STÜBERL: €600 including 20% VAT.
ADVANCE PAYMENT OF ROOM RENT for the entire HALL: €1,500 including 20% VAT.
We would like to point out that simply renting out premises is not our main activity.
