The right decision
The Möslinger has become an integral part of the Stuwerviertel. The Restaurant is established and has a "name" in the branche. Already in 2016 we started the preparations for the takeover by the 2nd generation of the Taudes family. Countless conversations with guests, relatives and friends, but also with professional advisors, have encouraged us in our plan.
What is the Gasthaus Möslinger now, what should it become and what must definitely remain. can we do that Those were the themes for our decision. And we do not regret this decision. The Gasthaus Möslinger has become the center of our life, our task. No ifs and buts.
Roman Taudes
Roman is the owner of the Gasthaus Möslinger. He is a trained cook and master confectioner. Loves Austrian cuisine and has also gained experience abroad. Roman leads the kitchen team and is responsible for the culinary well-being of our guests.
Richard Taudes
Richard is the restaurant manager at the Gasthaus Möslinger. Trained office clerk and accounting clerk. He leads the organization behind the Restaurant and takes care of the areas of service, finance and human resources.
